Rubber, Silicone rubber, aluminum, zinc...Metal etc. for back frame casting mould
Quality:
ROSH and SGS standard, in house to control 100% inspection. Pass light testing
Feature:
Non marking and Non flash is base request, meet client engineering well.

Custom Plastic Frame Mold, Two plate hot runner system mold, 2k mould etc. Normally is 2 plate with hot valve gate system mold

HUSKY, INCOE, YUDO, HASCO, DME, MoldMaster, Masterflow, Mastip, Taiwan made brand…etc. for hot runner system, can meet client request well.

1,000 to 2,000,000 shots ((according to your working environment))

CAD, CAM, CAE(Moldflow), Pro-E, Solid works…etc.

High speed CNC, Precision CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Grinding machine, Plastic Injection Molding Machines for testing mold from 50-3000T available.
