2.·Plastic materials: PP, ABS, PC, HDPE, PS, nylon + GF, TPF and PVC etc;
3. Injection Machine size: 45Ton to 1600 Ton Injection Machine, Screw type: Φ18 to Φ120 mm;
4. Injection Type: Double Shots, Fast Shotting Machine;
5. Measuring & testing equipment: CMM, Profile Projector, Rockwell Hardness Tester,height gauge, Vickers Hardness Tester, Roughness Tester, Salt Spray Test Machine, Micrometers, etc. .
6. Second Processing: Welcome;
7. Tolerance: +/-0.01 mm or 0.004" Depend on part construction.
8. Rich experience in plastic Molding and injcetion mold design and processing;
