Quality requirements are specific to each project. Please provide the part drawings, material specifications, critical dimensions, surface requirements and acceptance criteria when requesting a quotation.

Our stated precision / tolerance capability is 0.001 mm. Applicability and inspection criteria depend on the project. Mold life is 500,000–1,000,000 shots, depending on mold design, materials and operating conditions. These company capabilities are not a uniform guarantee for every mold or molded part.
