Custom Crate Specification:
1. Hasco copy standard, Mold Size: 100*125*110 cm;
2. S50C for Mold base. 718 for core and cavity, Sliders and spare parts;
3. Four Hot Valve gate system with Yudo brands;
4.Cooling system use RMI212.12.500 Integrated connectors on cavity and core side", because there are 92 sets of cooling line system inside of mold;
5.It was requested to use Beryllium copper to make core corners and bottom inserts. Good cooling system;
6. For ejection system, these are four oil cylinders with "Merkle HZ160-63/32/100.05.201.M1-05";
7. For sliders construction, there are four oil cylinders also with "Merkle HZ160-63/32/100.05.201.M1-05";
8. Four sets of guide pins and limit-lock system on sliders to insure sequence movement;
9. Mold weight is 11580kg, it needs 1000Ton injection machine to production.
10. Cratesize are: 600*400*320 & 610*405*330mm, request holes handles or not. There are 6 sets of spare parts for difference kinds of crate construction.
